Unlike other firms, on call-out and similar work, we charge by the minute - we DO NOT round up to the nearest hour. We feel this is fairer than other companies who will charge you for two hours work if their handyman only spends 1 hour 5 minutes with you; while we would ONLY charge you for the 1 hour 5 minutes our engineer worked!

Plumbing Rates

For plumbing call-out work we charge £75 an hour, calculated by the minute, plus parts.**

Gas / Electrical Rates

For gas and electrical call-out work we charge £90 an hour, calculated by the minute, plus parts.**

  • If the job takes us 1 hour 5 mins, you only pay for 1 hour 5 mins labour!
