Domestic Heating, Plumbing & Gas

For Heating, Plumbing and gas work we charge £90 an hour, calculated by the minute (subject to a minimum visit fee to cover travel time, petrol etc.), plus parts.**
We work quickly and efficiently to save us time and you money.

Commercial Rates

For commercial work we charge £120 an hour, calculated by the minute (subject to a minimum visit fee to cover travel time, petrol etc.) plus parts.**
Most shops and smaller offices are classed as domestic.

Unlike other firms, on call-out and similar work, we charge by the minute - we DO NOT round up to the nearest hour. We feel this is fairer than other companies who will charge you for two hours work if their handyman only spends 1 hour 5 minutes with you; while we would ONLY charge you for the 1 hour 5 minutes our engineer worked!
