For jobs where we can estimate the time and parts involved, we are delighted to offer FREE estimates.

Unlike other firms, on call-out and similar work, we charge by the minute - we DO NOT round up to the nearest hour. We feel this is fairer than other companies who will charge you for two hours work if their handyman only spends 1 hour 5 minutes with you; while we would ONLY charge you for the 1 hour 5 minutes our engineer worked!

Plumbing Rates

For call-out work related to plumbing we charge £1.25 a minute, Plus parts.*

Gas Rates

For call-out work related to Gas we charge £1.50 a minute, Plus parts.*
